I can’t start my day without a cup of energy (hot chocolate).

Then I’m off to work at my new train station. I like to stay on top of my work.
I like to get outside a bit for my daily breaks. It makes work a bit more tolerable.

He works hard all day and still finds time to make me something special.

While I slept he built a train table for me.

This is way better than anything you could buy.
It’s made with lots of love.

And it makes my train set look good!
I sure am glad Mom and Dad fixed the backyard so I have lots of areas to play. And all these sticks are great to pick and poke at plants.

Oh yeah, I’m not supposed to poke at the dogs though.
Winston is really warming up to me. Especially when he thinks I’m putting his leash on for a walk.
I am all over the new train set Mom and Dad got for me. Now I just need to keep Dad away from it.
Dad and I visited the zoo to give Mom a break. There’s pretty cool stuff there, both living and non-living.

… but mine have more character.

I finally convinced Mom not to be so stingy with the spoon, especially since I did most of the work to make these things.

Story time at my neighborhood library allowed me to try out my acting skills. I’ll get better, I promise.

Later, my friend Mabel came over for a visit. I chatted her up, but I’m not sure she was impressed. So Mom read to us instead.

And of course I ended my day with a lovely meal shared with Dad.
