So much has happened since my last post, although I see dad has been fiddling with my site. I'll have to talk to him about that.
I'm now 2 months old and growing lots. At my last checkup I was 14 lbs 5 oz and 24 inches long. I had to get a bunch of shots though. I counted five. I really don't like that place they call a clinic but mom says she's sorry she has to take me there and gives me lots of cuddles and kisses if i cry. Anyway Dr. Mohr, that's the lady who delivered me, she says I'm perfect and that mom and dad are doing a good job. I certainly think so, and as a reward have been sleeping between 5 and 7 hours a night.
I've had lots of visitors and been on several outings since I arrived. I saw my great grandmother, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and good friends. My uncle Anthony got married this month to aunt Mary. They make a fine couple as you can see. I took another ferry ride and dad let me try my hand at steering while we sailed to Vashon Island for the wedding. I also got to wear a nice outfit that my Gramma Bev sent from Montana. It has a bowtie! Mom and dad got to dress up, dad even wore a suit! I also got to visit with my good buddy Mason, who came with his parents from San Diego.
I'm enjoying all my animals, especially Milo, our fat orange Tabby. I share all my things with him. Story time is one of my favorite activities, but so is bath time because I'm starting to splash the water which makes me giggle (more of an “quot;ah-goo!) and that makes mom laugh. I also love my daily massage and tummy time. Dad makes sure I try to stand on my own two feet with some help at least once a day. He says something about training for the Tour but I'm not sure what we're going to see. Meanwhile, mom takes me on walks almost daily and we meet with other moms and kids my age so I'm making lots of new friends.
