It’s midwinter break at our preschool so Max met up with some of his buddies at the zoo.

One of many attempts for a group shot. Herding cats, I tell ya'!

Roaring like a lion (or dinosaur) is a favorite of mine, so of course we must stop for a pic.

Next stop was the elephants, and another statue.

Crushing hard for the older sister of one of my classmates.
An impromptu playdate with some children from Max’s class.

Mom says it's never too early for men to learn their way around the kitchen.

I already know the most important skill in the kitchen.
Easter is coming up so Mom and I visited my friend Zoe and her mom to dye eggs. I really wasn’t that into the activity but came home with some pretty cool colored things.
The real attraction was Zoe’s slide. This thing was awesome!

Afterward Mom and I picked up some lunch and went home. She tried to pass these California Rolls off as real food, but I know better.

My buddy Jack and I hung out after class today. It was pretty cold still so we took our moms out for coffee and a playdate.

I met friends in the village for story time at Serendipity cafe. It was OK for about three minutes.

Mabel and I eventually convinced the moms to take us to the playground. This is much more our style.

I like to walk softly …
A little exploration …

And we’re off!
